I have been working with Kim for about 15 years. I first hired her to fully re-organize my construction business, and these efficient systems remain in place. Since then, Kim has assisted me in managing processes from marketing to invoicing and everything in between.

Kim is better than anyone I know at pulling together building permits, which have become extremely complex. She works with local agencies for land use permitting, such as boundary line adjustments, and has executed construction applications with the Army Corps of Engineers for wetlands delineations. All of which have streamlined the building permit process.

She possesses great organizational skills, which include invoice packets, budget analyses, and excel spreadsheets. These documents provide good clarity to the client on how the job is progressing and allow me to accurately provide actions reports to our clients.

Kim saves me on legal fees by acting as a liaison with my attorney to expedite necessary agreements and documents for land use planning and permitting.

She also led the team of marketing professionals and CBB personnel to create our website and she has assisted with other marketing efforts.

Hire Her! My goal was to learn how to track my company’s cash. I had little understanding of company financial reports—how to generate, and how to use them.
